On October 8 and 9, our church hosted and participated in a special workshop on Bible Translation presented by Wycliffe Associates.
There were 17 participants from 3 different churches, all keen on learning how to produce a Western Armenian translation of the Bible that is true to the original text and comprehensible by an average reader.
The workshop included practicums, where the participants applied the principles they learnt to practice the translation of selected Biblical passages.
